### Janet Helm – Co-Founder & Vice President/Director
Janet Helm has been a licensed private investigator in British Columbia since 1993. She has an extensive financial background spanning three decades in auditing, tax, and accounting, including experience as a Tax Auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency. She served as president of the Professional Investigators' Association of BC (PIABC), led the creation of the first introductory private investigation course at Douglas College in 1998, and was instrumental in developing the Certified Canadian Professional Investigators designation. She received the inaugural Taras Hryb Education Builder's Award.

### Nathan Helm – Managing Director
Nathan Helm joined Shadow Investigations in 1996 and now serves as Managing Director alongside his mother Janet. Together they lead the company's team of investigators and specialists.
